Worst house ever! Do not stay here!
If I could give a zero star rating I would. Do not let the photos fool you, this house is completely unacceptable.The showers did not drain. Toilets gurgled throughout consistently and spewed water everywhere. Sewer backed up into house and was pouring out bottom of the house. We called the property managers and they actually laughed and replied they would get someone out there in 4-6 hours. Someone did come to fix the issue, however did not completely rectify the problem. No one was sent to clean the nasty mess left even after multiple calls to the managers and the smell.
Just a few things:
Light Fixture blocking tv when sitting on the couch. There wasn’t enough furniture for everyone to sit without moving chairs from room to room.
Door in dining room cannot open all the way
No bbq pit property mangers said they would send one but it never came.
Not enough towels for the amount of guests
Toilet paper holders were falling off the wall
Nowhere to put trash called asking for them to come get it over and over and they only picked it up twice over a week stay with 8 guests.
Kitchen was not stocked with pots and pans for cooking nor was there a coffee pot
Management was not concerned or responsive to issues they would consistently say we will call you back and never did. They also said the chance of things being fixed prior to checking out was not likely.
We have stayed in houses all across the US this house was not ready to accept guests and the managers didn’t care at all.
