Very friendly dogs
When we pulled in we met four dogs who were all extremely friendly towards strangers they’d just met, jostling with each other over who would get petted first. I think they weren’t supposed to be the ones to greet us, but they broke out, and we were glad to see them because we missed our dogs. Also, the room was nicely air conditioned, and the beach-themed decor in the bathroom, in the desert, in the landlocked state of Arizona, was funny.

Shared property
We booked 3 nights at this property thinking it was a private stay. Contrary to VBROs advertisements, this is in reality a shared property. Upon discovering this late in the afternoon, we were left with no option other than drive into Kingman and find another place to stay. Renter beware.

Very pleasant.
She was very kind and accommodating. I really enjoyed the view, so much so that I took pictures home with me. The animals there were also SO adorable. Would go again :)

About the host

Arizona local since I was a child. I enjoy nature, I love to travel and experience Kayaking, quad riding, hiking, snorkelling and fishing. As far as my hobbies I love tending to my farm animals, cooking and making products. I became a homesteader in 2021. I have always been a chef and foodie. I am all about sustainable living and farm to table practices. I am an axecutive chef for an Italian Steakhouse. I also setup at farmers markets and offer an array of all natural items i have hand crafted along with bringing local produce to the public.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it was in an agricultural zone. I knew my intention was to homestead my 10 acres and be apart of a rancher's community. Where neighbors look out for one another but also give eachother space. I didn't want to be too close or too far from a town. The views are absolutely stunning and the weather is great year round because of the higher elevation. The grow zone is 7ab8ab9ab meaning i can grow a large variety of produce. I could go on and on

What makes this property unique

Has a view of the Peacock and Hualapai Mountains
