Gold Hill is a small city situated along the scenic Rogue River, approximately 10 miles north of Medford, in Southern Oregon.

The first house features an open layout, highlighted by a generously-sized living room with a large sectional and a flat screen TV. There are three bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, while an additional fourth bedroom adjacent to the living room offers both a queen size bed and a twin trundle bed. The well-equipped kitchen boasts ample space and a gas stove, perfect for culinary enthusiasts. For dining, a large table in the dining room accommodates up to 10 guests, and an additional table on the outdoor porch creates a delightful setting for al fresco meals. Unwind in the evening with a luxurious soak in the large soaking tub found in one of the bathrooms. Completing the picture, the property boasts a beautifully landscaped front yard and backyard, complete with a deck that overlooks the scenic Rogue River. Plus, we happily welcome pets, ensuring everyone can enjoy a memorable vacation.

The second home is a charming cottage featuring an open-concept living area, combining a spacious living room, dining room, and a well-appointed kitchen complete with a large gas stove. The kitchen comes fully equipped, and there is also a cozy wood-burning stove for added warmth and ambiance. Stay entertained with a flat-screen TV and enjoy seamless connectivity with high-speed internet.
For a peaceful night's sleep, there are two bedrooms furnished with queen-size beds. The master bedroom conveniently adjoins the bathroom, which includes a washer/dryer and a single stall shower.
Step outside and be captivated by the stunning river views from the back of the cottage. Through the sliding glass doors, you'll find a lovely patio area with comfortable seating.
