This property was absolutely perfect for my family. The house was well maintained, clean, comfortable and roomy. The kids really enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the outdoor lounge area while they swam. The laundry facilities were clean, well kept and even included a folding area! We will definitely be returning.

Cozy and charming, as well as spacious place to stay in Sarasota
This property is nestled in the back of a decent neighborhood away from the road, with quiet neighbors, a huge pool, and lots of privacy to be able to lay out in the sun if you like. The property Internet itself is very convenient, cozy, and comfortable. Spacious and everything you would need for a vacation with three bedrooms, and a large kitchen and dining room for entertaining and cooking. The neighborhood is fine, quiet with no problems, and this is a must win staying in Sarasota. The property is very close to Route 41 and the beaches are easily accessed within 15 to 20 minutes as well as many great restaurants and shopping.

Sarasota Farmhouse
What a pleasant stay. The house was perfect for 5 of us. Plenty of room. Perfectly clean and appointed. We had everything we needed for a great stay. I particularly was impressed by the quality of the towels and wash cloths in addition to the TP and paper products. On a par with the best hotels. It was very quiet for being in downtown Sarasota. The owner was a jewel, most accommodating and Gracie was a big hit. She makes a wonderful ambassador!

Hello! I'm a Florida native, originally from the island of Boca Grande. I moved to Sarasota with my family 12 years ago. I fell in love with the Bayou Oaks neighborhood because of its great character and personality, tree lined streets, tropical landscape and convenience to city offerings WITHOUT that stressful city feel. For the past 10 years we have been living between Sarasota and Cooperstown NY, where I also have operated a VRBO property. I LOVE hostessing. It has become a passion. I aim to bring you the cleanest and most convenient and comfortable stay possible. We have just recently acquired this property and look forward to showing you hospitality and all that Sarasota and Florida has to offer. There is too much to mention here!

Why they chose this property

I LOVE Bayou Oaks! This area is great for so many reasons. ..
We are close to the airport but not in the flight path- perfect!

We are close to beaches and keys and boat access- but tucked away from it all to feel quiet and tranquil at the end of a long day- perfect!

We are right next to Ringling College of Art and Design and in one of the most artsy and architecturally interesting neighborhoods with Jungle Gardens, Ringling Museum, Asolo Theater and so much more- perfect!
We are a short walk to Ringling College campus, Walmart Neighborhood Market, CVS , Walgreens and putt putt golf- perfect!

We are a short drive to Publix, Whole Foods, downtown Main Street, Cinemas, Theaters, Sarasota Opera, The Van Wezel, The Bay
( a brand new Community Venue with boat launch, kayak launch, free movies, yoga, food truck events and more), etc, etc, etc,- perfect!

What makes this property unique

The property is unique because it adjoins to just under 3 acres of quiet tranquility and nature but within city limits, The surrounding live oaks and cabbage palms give it that old Florida feel. The hosts are nearby to ensure that your stay is special and extra comfortable.
