About this property

This is a two bedroom one full bath condo located in building three at North Peak. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare all of your meals. Dining area for everyone to sit enjoy their meals. Living area has a gas fireplace for everyone to gather together. Bedroom one has a queen size bed and bedroom two has two sets of bunks (four twin beds). Full bath. Renter has access to ski lockers. North Peak has an outdoor heated pool that is available for your enjoyment in the winter. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

Great place

The condo was great. Looks just like the pictures. Very clean with comfy beds. Check in and out process was super easy and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The location you cannot beat either. One side is north peak chair and the other a trial right to south ridge. Would highly recommend this unit.

Convenient but not clean

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ugh! This unit needs some TLC. The bathroom sink hardly drains; toilet paper holder is full of rust; dirt and crud on the inside frame of the windows; fire alarm hanging from the ceiling; kitchen faucet so close to the wall you can't turn on hot water. I guess the owner has no time to fix things since the main clock never moved - no time!! Simply put, the place is cruddy.

Amazing location next to chair lifts with easy access to slopes.

Property is exactly as described and is on the first floor which makes moving in/out extremely easy. Direct access to chair lift next to building or ski down to the main base for two other lifts. Skiing home for lunch or a break is very easy. Hot water heater is a bit small so if you have full sleeping capacity it may run out with many showers back-to-back. Just have to manage everyone's time. The unit directly above is owned by a family with at least two kids and the ceiling was very loud with what sounded like stomping and jumping constantly in the morning and evening. Not this property's fault but something to consider if this will bother you. Unit was clean although a tad dated but for the price and location it was a fantastic stay. And heated pool was great after a long day of skiing. We would definitely book the unit again if available!
