Beach House On Coquina

2 Bedroom / 2 Full size Bathrooms Fully furnished beach house with an additional sitting room with a Double pull out sofa sleeper. The House sleeps 6 comfortably. I have added a bungalow (VRBO # 599428) & loft (VRBO #: 3888095) to rent behind the house but still contained within the property by the new fence. For larger parties this will be a nice option since they both sleep 2- 4. The House, Bungalow and Loft together sleep 14. They are separate with separate charges and you can view the calendars separately. (There is a pull out sofa sleeper and a king size bed in the bungalow & loft.) The house, bungalow and loft all are equipped with full kitchens, washer and dryers, 40' TV....they have all that you would need. Everything in the bungalow and loft are brand new even the bathtub :) and decorated with a beachy eclectic eye. If you want to include the bungalow, loft and house in one reservation ask....please check the calendar for availability. The Beach House, Bungalow and Loft are fully equipped with Wireless Internet access, Cable TV, Blue Ray DVD Player, all linens including beach towels and a washer dryer. Come and relax after taking a stroll on the beach only a short block away and cook on the outdoor grill and watch the sunset or walk to any of the wonderful restaurants within a block. This Property is only available for short term rentals of 30 days or more per St. Pete Beach short term rental laws.

Great beach getaway
Classic beach house with a beautiful roomy backyard. Short walk to the beach and sunset. Very attentive and knowledgeable owners. Everything you need for a fun family stay on St. Pete beach.

Great Stay!
I used all 3 units for a bachelorette weekend celebration. The layout was great for 11 of us girls - we were able to spread out, but still had a large common area for all of us to mingle indoors or out. I loved that each unit has it's own washer and dryer - VERY handy! Jacqueline was great and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Clean, cozy, modern, girls weekend
My friends, family, and I had the absolute best time at the Beach House on Coquina. We celebrated my bachelorette party there, and at the two adjoined properties and it was fantastic. The inside was decorated so nicely and very clean. Jacque was there to welcome us shortly after arrival and gave us local tips about the area. There are plenty of beach bars and seaside restaurants within walking distance. It was the perfect relaxing weekend with my girls before the big day!

Great home!
I rented the house, bungalow & loft for my daughters wedding. All 3 places were clean, neat & had everything we needed. Located in a great location. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood at night. Jacqueline & Kathy responded quickly with any questions we had. Would recommend all 3 places.

Clean, neat and felt like home.
We stayed in this home along with the bungalo that is on the property and found a very clean and enjoyable place to stay with ample room and a full stocked kitchen (pots, pans, etc.) for us to use along with all the other home amenities. Helpful owner/property management that where very polite.

Incredible stay
The place was outstanding and the owners couldn't have been any more accommodating. They ensured that we had the best possible stay while truly providing a home away from home! Walking distance to the beach as well as great restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend staying here!

AMAZING property and location
I came down to St. Pete with 10 friends to play some golf, go to the beach, hit the bars and restaurants, and just relax for a long weekend. This place was a PERFECT home base for our 4 days down in FL. The three properties are breathtakingly nice, and the internet pictures do not do it justice. With the three separate properties, this was ideal for a large group of guys. We all had our own bed or futon, and enough space to spread out and be comfortable. What was even nicer is that it is completely renovated with brand new amenities and appliances, as well as about 3 sets of washers and driers. For a family vacation, or for large groups, it cant be beat. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and multiple bars and restaurants are within walking distance- we frequented Post Card Inn beach bar, as well as Jimmy B's at night for live music and cheap drinks. We were so comfortable, we found ourselves going back to the same places each night because they were such a good time. It was such a fun weekend, and I will stay here again next time we're in the area. It is far and away better than a beach front condo, as you have a TON of space, and you can walk to the beach easily. I really don't know what more to say - the two women that run it also couldn't be nicer and easier to work with. Can't recommend highly enough.

Just like home, but with sun!
Great Place! Everything was just as expected. It was a very nice home. The kitchen was equipped well making it easy to prepare a meal. The bikes made it really easy to get around. The house is only a 5 minute walk from the beach and a few more to all the shopping along Gulf Blvd. We would definitely come back the next time we're in St. Pete Beach.

Very cute home and exceeded all my expectations!
My family was there and rented all 3 properties. We were very impressed with all 3 places. It was perfect for us. The home owner has done a amazing job decorating each place to fit it. Extremely satisfied

Great vacation at the Beach House on Coquina
A friend and I recently rented this very nice bungalow situated in a quiet neighbourhood for almost three weeks. It was extremely clean and very well furnished. For example, coffee lovers would appreciate the grinder, the bodum, a regular coffee maker and the expresso machine (as mentioned by a previous reviewer). In the fully enclosed backyard there is a pretty flowering tree under which we enjoyed our breakfast on sunny mornings. The high end washer and dryer were put to good use. A beautiful beach, good restaurants and the local trolley are within a few blocks. A lovely escape from a cold Canadian winter.

Great location, great property
This place was perfect for our group of 11. We rented the house, bungalow and loft for Christmas, and the group came from all over the country. The units were fully equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen utensils to bicycles, to beach towels and equipment. The location is perfect, close to beaches and great restaurants. Would highly recommend this property for a comfortable Florida getaway.w

Great !
We immediately felt like at home. The Cottage is furnished with a lot of love for details, very clean and perfectly maintained. Wonderful beach is nearby (5 minutes walk) and we had the wonderful opportunity to meet Jaqueline and her family who received us very warmly. Any time we would come back and we probably will do....this property is definitely recommended.

Tastefully decorated cottage
Updated casual cottage is suited to comfortably accommodate 4-6 people depending on whether or not apt is included. Apartment and cottage are very tastefully decorated. Surrounding area is transitional with public beach several blocks away. Property is fenced and offers a lot of privacy. Property was not particularly well maintained nor as clean as I would have expected. Outdoor furniture was in disrepair. I would not recommend to a friend or relative.

Nicely decorated beach house
We were very happy with our stay at this property. The owner was easy to communicate with. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, etc...near by. It's a one block walk to the inlet and about another 3 or 4 to the closest public beach. We made good use of the outdoor patio and seating, as well as the bikes. The pictures on the listing were accurate. We really enjoyed being able to walk to some of the restaurants and bars on the beach.

Wonderful vacation spot!
We were in St. Pete for a wedding and found ourselves looking for a more personable stay compared to a hotel. The owner of this property was very accommodating for a last minute stay. We were completely satisfied and can't wait to return! The house is in a great, quiet location near the beach. The amenities included with the property surpassed our expectations. The kitchen included an espresso machine, there is a washer/dryer, and the property provides beach towels and chairs. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in St. Pete!

Great Birthday Trip!
The house was perfect for my birthday trip and you cannot beat the price! The house has everything you need from comfy beds, beach towels, bikes, and all kitchen appliances. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, but I recommend going a little farther down the beach to visit the resorts...Sirata, Beachcomber, and Grand Plaza hotel all had great pools, bars and food. The owner of the house is very responsive and communicates everything you need to know. I would definitely stay at this house again! Thanks for a great vacation!

Perfect retreat!

The most relaxing vacation we've had!
This home was the cornerstone to one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating vacations my family has ever had. Our 9 year old son and 6 year old daughter played, laughed, and frolicked in the sand and surf while resting peacefully in this spacious beach cottage!!! Beautiful House!!!
This house was so Beautiful and wonderfully decorated. My friends and myself all loved the place! Plus it was in a great location within walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back in the future!! Plus all the neighbors around were very friendly and we were able to meet a lot of people during our stay. This was a great experience - start to finish!
The house was exactly as presented - very clean and nicely furnished - just the right "beach house" touch. The location is really convenient to the beach and great restaurants. Great vacation spot in St Pete!
The house was clean, spacious and quaint. I love that we could walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. My friends and I had an awesome weekend getaway, almost everything you needed was available in the house. I would highly recommend renting, wishing I could have stayed longer!

Our family grew up going to St. Pete Beach every year since I can remember and just recently my husband, son and I purchased a beach house to call our own. We decorated it with an eclectic eye and we feel it is super comfortable. While we aren't using it we hope some wonderful people can share our home.

What makes this property unique

The property is situated on the ocean side of Gulf Boulevard making it easy access to the beach....meaning you don't have to cross a major street to get to the beach....... Great for families with children since it is all enclosed and there's little traffic on the street. The house, bungalow and loft are situated on a quiet residential street and has a large fence for privacy. This property can handle up to 14 persons since we have the house, bungalow and loft. Pricing for the bungalow and loft are separate.
