Hoo`s Time ~ Brand New 1bed/2bath Condo in Ocean Isles Fishing Village

Tenants staying 28 days or longer are required to have a background check (required fee) per condo rules. The complex does not allow companies to book for workers. Primary guest booking must be present during entire stay. 

"Hoo's Time"  is a brand new 1bed/2bath townhouse condo in the newly finished Ocean Isles Fishing Village. 

The complex just finished a complete renovation after Hurricane Irma. 

The unit has a king bed and a sleeper sofa. Downstairs off the kitchen is a full bath and another full bath in the bedroom upstairs. 

Parking for 2 vehicles under the unit. No guest or overnight parking in the community. Guests are not permitted to have trailers on property and cannot use the docks or ramp. 

***Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or Vrbo, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed. If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon.

No trailer parking on site - No ramp or dock access
