This property is brand new and spotless. Its proximity to restaurants and bars, however, is the best part.

Location, Location, Location-Plus so much more!

What a wonderful Bentonville property! A great location in a cute residential area AND we could walk anywhere. Only a few blocks from downtown Bentonville and the great town square. Half of our group walked to Crystal Bridges (some thought it was too cold). So close to so many restaurants, and shops. It is less than a block to the bike trail system. The unit it self is wonderful! Brand new; master suite on the first floor, plus 2 bedrooms and bath on second level. Fast wifi, big screen in living area and a TV in each of the bedrooms. Showers are excellent. The huge totally fenced backyard is great for a pet or outdoor activities. I noted the bike rack, although we didn't have bikes. All the kitchen amenities are there. Contact with the host was effortless. We absolutely loved our stay!

Location location location!

Wife and I came to Bentonville to celebrate Christmas and enjoy some mountain biking, and found this gem to stay. Brand new build that has everything you’ll need. Clean, comfortable, pet friendly, and walking distance to everything the town square has to offer - we’ll definitely be staying here again!

Downtown Bentonville is an easily walkable area with a large number of amenities. You can get up in the morning and choose from a host of physical activities: road bike to Fayetteville on the Razorback Greenway, mountain bike on the world class trails, or take a leisurely stroll around the city. Come back for dinner at a range of restaurants. The next day you can explore world class museums and then choose yet another restaurant to enjoy!
