This quiet coastal condo is located on the north end of Amelia Island, just a short stroll from the beach and right outside the entrance to Fort Clinch State Park. Main Beach Park is only half a mile away. The Amelia Island Lighthouse is just over a mile from the condo and downtown Fernandina Beach is just over two miles away. On-site access to a sparkling outdoor pool and tennis courts adds an extra layer of sun-soaked recreation and leisure during your stay.
Central air-conditioning creates a comfortable atmosphere with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The galley-style full kitchen featuring full-size appliances and cooking tools is well-equipped to help you handle home cooking. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
