Work

The place was absolutely gorgeous, but needs work. There are broken windows in the outside. In the half bathroom, my dad had to do a little Plummer work because it was not connected and it was leaking. The garbage disposal was stopped up which again my dad did a little Plummer work and fixed it. The end table by the couch is loose and need tightened. One chair in the kitchen needs a little tightening. We loved the place though. It was definitely big enough for our family.

Ok with some great thrown in

Our whole family was here over Christmas so we could all be in town together for the holidays. The property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and suited our needs. The beds were comfortable, the master bath was very appreciated, the renovated areas of the house were very nice, and added security of backyard parking was a plus. Some areas we were disappointed with were the lack of cooking utensils/equipment in the kitchen, the broken screen door, and broken washer/dryer. We had planned on cooking a few meals here, but after having to get very creative just to do pizza, decided to mostly eat out. Overall, we had a good experience, spent time together, and enjoyed our stay. It was good, with a few great things sprinkled in.
