Modern 3 bed 2 bath

Quiet retired neighborhood. Most of the neighbors have lived in their homes for 40+ years! The home just went through a complete remodel with new plumbing , electrical, HVAC, Sheetrock, etc. Basically a new build!

The owner was responsive via phone before and during the stay. I let him know the issues but they were not fixed. The sheets were dirty. There were no trash bags in the trash cans and none to put in them. I had a door to the closet fall on me. And there was mildewed food in the refrigerator. He said that he would fix the issues, but we were there for only one night.

No Frills but affordable

Comfortable beds and the A/C works well. No coffee maker or TV in living room. Questionable electrical work inside house.

So as we pulled up to the house we immediately saw the grass was not cut and weeds throughout the yard. We had problems with the lockbox and had to call and get the “new” code. Upon walking the yard we also found beer bottles laying around the yard. The inside was extremely basic. There was no Television in the living room area. Limited seating as well. One of the dining table chairs was broken. The house over all was not too bad. The biggest issue we had was the glass sliding doors across from the master bedroom that were not covered with curtains or blinds. Which made it extremely uncomfortable at night. The back gate was not completely finished so neighbors could have a see in if they wanted to. Very spooky at night also. Wish it was covered being we did not know the area and it would have been nice to have some privacy. I guess this was okay in the sense that the house was big enough. There was also wads of fur floating around the house. Couldn’t tell if it was from a cat or dog but they were huge and floating around the entire house.
