Sky Ranch Cottages consists of 3 dog friendly cottages on 2.5 acres in Sierra Sky Ranch. Just north of Oakhurst and 2 minutes off Hwy 41, access is easy with plenty of parking. . Well behaved dogs are welcome, see pet rules. Located 20 minutes from Yosemite

The Space:
The rate is based on up to 6 people, each additional person will incur a nightly rate of $25 pp, including children and infants. The maximum number of guests at this property is 14. No guests beyond this number are allowed on the property at any time. Our insurance policy requires you provide names and ages of guests after booking.
We provide starter coffee and tea supplies for your stay, as well as a roll of paper towels in each kitchen (3 kitchens) and toilet paper in all bathrooms. Linens and towels are also provided.

Pet Rules:
*Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time
*Pets are charged a $20 per pet per night fee, plus a refundable $150 pet deposit after booking.
* Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest from pet deposit amount.
*Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture.
*Pet deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as rules are followed and damages are not found.
*Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the driveway) at all times
*Pet deposit is forfeit if any pet rules are not followed
Guest Access:
You are allowed 6 parking spaces, please contact us in advance if you need to bring more than 6 cars. You have 3 private outdoor patio areas.
No unregistered guests may be on the premises at any time
* Early checkin and Late check out must be a arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time.
*We don't alter our cancellation policy for snow, rain, smoke from fires or closures to the National Park
Each cottage features 2 bedrooms with king beds,1 full bath, (queen airbed if needed) spacious living rooms, a private deck with BBQ overlooking the acreage. attention is given to guest comfort. Each bedroom has a king size memory foam bed with luxury bedding, down pillows and alternative filled pillows. The bedrooms and bathroom have individually controlled heaters. Each bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination, hand soaps, toilet paper and fresh towels. From the back decks you can look over the fenced yards. In the back of the property is a barn and meadow where you can walk around and stretch your legs. For the more active hikers, Fresno Dome is just up the road from the and has spectacular views, hiking and fishing. Off road vehicles are welcome and can be parked in the lower barn area.
The living room features open beam ceilings and a stone fireplace. Off the dining room is a private deck overlooking the backyard and wooded views. A well appointed kitchen includes a blender, a programmable coffee dishwasher and utensils.
These cottages make for a pleasant individual or group stay, and provide a delightful getaway to the Sierra Nevada Mountains and Yosemite area. For group stays in the other cottages just contact your host. We encourage you to sign the guest book for comments on your stay, thank you.
The Neighborhood:
This is a serene community surrounded by trees with deer and turkey wandering through the property. Peaceful, private and serene yet just minutes from Oakhurst providing easy access to supermarkets and a number of restaurants.
Getting Around:
You will need a car.
Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations.
Other Things to Note:
While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.
Electric costs are high, we ask that you please make an effort to conserve energy when using heat/AC
Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June. Also traveling to Fresno Dome may not be possible during snow and heavy rain, depending on your vehicle.

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover housekeeping expense. The housekeeping company charges double on checkouts on any of the previously mentioned holidays
Pets must not be left in the home unattended or pet deposit will be forfeit.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, failure to get reservations for the National Park or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.
The tap water has been identified as having high turbidity (cloudiness). Turbidity has no health effects. However it can interfere with disinfection. Due to that factor, people with compromised immune systems, infants or the elderly could be a risk. For this reason boil the tap water before drinking.
Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fees to ship an item start at $50 and goes up depending on shipping cost.
