Sugar Maple Sunsets is a nwely renovated beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin on the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Sugar Maple Sunsets features beautiful tongue and groove walls, a brand new hot tub on 2024, a great deck, fireplace and so much more!
Sugar Maple Sunsets is in the great community of Shagbark. Shagbark is situated on 1300 acres with spaciously placed cabins, 24hr security, seasonal pool, dog park, walking trail, disc golf, clubhouse, basketball and tennis courts. Just 15 minutes from all the action of Pigeon Forge. The cabin is located in scenic Wears Valley/Walden’s Creek area. This cabin is easily accessible and has ample parking.
If you choose to venture out of the cabin you are within easy reach of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountains. Gatlinburg has its restaurants, shops and moonshine distilleries. Pigeon Forge has the Parkway with restaurants, amusements rides, shops, dinner theaters and Dollywood. There is so much to do in the area there is no way to list them all.
Sugar Maple Sunset is a pet friendly cabin with an additional 125.00 pet fee, ask for details.

Terms and Conditions:
Sugar Maple Sunset
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST.
2. This is a NON SMOKING cabin, although smoking is allowed on the decks.
3. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
4. PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the booking is required at the time of booking and the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival. If reserving less than 30 days in advance, the full amount of the booking is required. The advance payment will be applied toward the cabin rent. Please make payments in the form of a credit card.
5. CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
6. PET FEES – This is a pet friendly cabin although there is a 125.00 pet fee involved. There may be additional fees involved with additional pets.
7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to ten
(10) persons, (8) eight adults.
8. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY, Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate.
9. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however maid services are available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring pool towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Please put dishes in dishwasher before you leave and take all trash to the dumpster out front. An additional charge will be assessed if these check out procedures are not followed.
11. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice until booking.
12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
14. State of emergency- No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory state of emergency in area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a state of emergency area, we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the state of emergency is lifted; and
c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the state of emergency period.
