Whether you're exploring the vibrant city or simply unwinding indoors, this stylish retreat ensures a memorable stay.

Step into our inviting studio condo unit, where style meets functionality. The space is ingeniously designed to maximize every space, offering a seamless blend of living, sleeping, and dining areas. Chic decor and thoughtful furnishings create an atmosphere that's both cozy and modern. Large windows flood the room with natural light, enhancing the airy ambiance. Compact yet well-equipped, the kitchenette and bathroom provide all the essentials. It's a retreat where simplicity and comfort harmonize, making it the perfect haven for your stay.

1. Cooking: We encourage light cooking only. No cooking of 'tuyo' or similar stinky food.

2. Complimentary: We provide coffee, cream & sugar, snacks, condiments, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and bath soap during your stay. We also provide Drinking Water - No need for you to buy heavy and expensive water bottles!

3. Complimentary: You are entitled for a free 7kg wash & fold laundry for colored or white clothes (subject to schedule availability) for every 1 week of stay. Please note that the host will not be held accountable for any damage on clothes. You must also advise in advance and arrange pick up at least 48 hours before check-out.

4. Entertainment: We provide TV with Netflix and a Bluetooth speaker.

5. Working station: We have a dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi for your study/working needs.

6. Cleanliness: Please throw overflowing garbage at 2nd floor, wash all your used dishes as soon as you can to avoid attracting pests. We have vaccum and rugs you may use.

7. Pool & Gym: This has separate cost and should be paid directly to the condo lobby if you need to use it.
Pool - 200 pesos/day
Gym - 100 pesos/day

House Rules: Kindly read our house rules and ask us questions if you need to before booking.

1. Respectful Conduct: Please treat our home with the same respect you would treat your own. Keep noise levels down from 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

2. No Smoking: Our home is a smoke-free zone. Smoking is not allowed indoors or on the balcony. If you choose to smoke, please ask the condo lobby about the designated smoking areas in the building premises.

3. Pets: Regrettably, we cannot accommodate pets in the space to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

4. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. and check-out time is 12:00 P.M. We can be flexible when possible, so please communicate your arrival and departure times in advance.

5. Guest Limit: The reservation is made for the confirmed number of guests, maximum of 2 adults and 1 child. If additional guests will be joining, please inform us in advance.

6. Visitors: We allow 3 visitors at a time from 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M only to adhere to the condo policy. No loud parties. Please also be mindful of our neighbors. Avoid loud music or disturbances, especially during late hours.

7. Cleanliness: Kindly maintain the cleanliness of the space. Dishes should be washed, and trash should be disposed of in the designated bins. Leave the space in the same condition as you found it.

8. Loss & Damages: Accidents happen, but please report any loss, damage or breakages promptly. Guests are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

9. Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share the access code or key with unauthorized individuals.

10. Appliances and Utilities: Please use all appliances and utilities responsibly. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and heating when not needed to conserve energy.
