Lovely year-round mid-century modern Adirondack chalet style home with 92 feet of Schroon Lake frontage with mooring and dock. Large open living/dining room with wrap around deck with wood burning fireplace and sliding doors with gorgeous lake views. Beautiful stained-glass windows illuminate the stairway to the lower level. Enjoy coffee on the lower deck off the Master Bedroom. Or walk downstairs to the lake for a swim. Lower level includes 3 bedrooms and two full baths, laundry and deck with porch swings and couch. Additional half bath upstairs with den and twin sleeper sofa. The house is fully furnished and has all the creature comforts. Outdoor amenities include lounge chairs and outdoor dining furniture on upper deck, a firepit with chairs and horseshoes outside. Enjoy boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. Located just 5 minutes to the town of Schroon Lake and Schroon Lake Lodge and 30 minutes from Gore Mountain and the North Creek Ski Bowl and cross county trail system.

The main level has an open floor plan with a large living and dining room with mid-century modern furniture and wood-burning fireplace. Dining room table can be expanded to seat as many as 8. Sliding doors open onto the deck and allow for uninterrupted views of the lake. The master bedroom features a large closet, king size bed, and its own full bathroom, which includes a tiled, walk-in shower. Two smaller bedrooms, one with two queen beds and one with one queen bed are also located adjacent to the second full bathroom that features a tub and shower combo. Outside you'll enjoy the dock, fire pit, and two paddle boards. Stairs to dock are brand new with railing.
