The Ardea Inn is a classic Victorian, thoughtfully restored to provide comfort and enjoyment for your family. There are four spacious rooms and three bathrooms on the second floor of the house. The first floor offers shared community spaces for cooking, dining, relaxing and social engagement with your friends and family. A fully equipped kitchen, game room, piano room, front porch, back deck, and back yard offer a variety of environments to enjoy the property both inside and out. There is ample parking on site and the house is conveniently located within walking distance of a large grocery store, Whirlpool State Park, the Aquarium, and Niagara Falls State Park. You will not be disappointed by our home during your stay, offering a variety of amenities to allow for a comfortable and convenient experience while you are in Niagara Falls, USA. Great house

This was a very pleasant experience. If you are on the American side and want to see the Falls this place is a great option for groups.

Stunning home

Our family had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this beautiful home! It is very close to downtown which gave us the flexibility of returning to the house between activities. The woodwork and stain glass is beautiful. We all especially enjoyed the decor and original artwork! Everything was exceptionally clean and welcoming. We would absolutely stay again!

Niagara Falls Dream Vacation

The house is beautiful and large enough for our 8 guests. We had our own space if we needed to get away along with wonderful sharing spaces! There were plenty of games for kids and adults. However, there was not a television in the home so make sure you bring a laptop or tablets for kids if movies are something you like to partake in. Michael (property manager) was very responsive and easy to communicate with for the few small needs that we had. If we traveled back we would try to get this property again. Thank you!
