The largest bedroom has 2 king beds with a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has one king bed. The third & fourth bedrooms have one queen bed in each, while the fifth bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds (two fulls & two twin beds total).

There are three two bathrooms in this home. The private ensuite bathroom attached to the bedroom with two king beds has two sinks, toilet, and walk-in shower only. Down the hall, the second bathroom has two sinks, toilet, and a shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a
private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be
authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties.
We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, we'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit.
We are pet-friendly! The pet fee is $75/pet, max of 4
