Good house
The house is a good house for family’s to relax and share time together. Over 100 dvds in the living room, The TVs are all smart with logins. The dining room table turns into a bumper pool table which was mind blowing the to the kids. Video games were initially fun but turned out we’re not used very much. The terminator game had a broken gun, so one player, the air hockey hand stick was missing the felt underneath causing it hard to slide.
Things I wish I knew:
Grass is dead so no playing in the back yard.
Hot tub is nice but heats up to 104, Luke warm It will be to cold in the fall and winter months.
The beach is very steep at the beach house; causing the waves to crash hard close to the beach. With a strong under tow the parents got into the water at our knees and were very nervous. We went to a beach 12 miles north, and were able to get into the water and allow the kids to play in the water / sand and ride waves.
