Spacious Lake House - Relaxation Mode - New to Vrbo

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and spacious waterfront property. Nestled on the quiet part of Lake Austin, enjoy a lakefront stay with plenty of entertaining space indoors and out.

Upstairs:
Primary bedroom - King bed with ensuite bathroom. Jetted tub and walk in shower
Guest bedroom 1 - Queen bed with ensuite bathroom (tub)
Guest bedroom 2 - Two twin beds
Guest bathroom - tub/shower
Guest bedroom 3 - Queen bed
Laundry Room - washer and dryer available

Downstairs:
Open kitchen, living room, dining room and oversized windows to look out onto the lake. Large smart tv
Guest bathroom - tub/shower
Kids media room - lounging chairs and smart tv and board games

Upper Patio:
Gas grill, dining and lounging chairs. Perfect views of the lake and great summer sunsets

Lower Patio:
Firepit and more outdoor dining space
Bathroom - shower/toilet to use after time spent on the lake (don't have to access the home to enter)

Lakefront:
Small section of sand for kids to play, and dock (boat is not available for guests)

Access to the entire home except - garage, and a few closets in the home which contains the owners personal items. Guests are welcome to hang out on the dock; however the boat is not available for use.

We give our guests space but are available when needed. Please message if you have any questions/concerns/needs - we are happy to accommodate.

Located on Lake Austin, near Mansfield Damn and accessible from RR 620

This is the owner's personal home so please treat it with respect and care.
Please be conscious of outdoor noise and quiet hours and the neighbors.
Swim at your own risk. It is very shallow surrounding the boat dock, please use caution.

family get-away

This property is on the top of my list of the VRBOs we have stayed in over the years. Beautifully situated on a Lake Austin waterfront with views of the green hills across the river. Lots of windows throughout the house to not only view the lake but also the greenery from the front yard and next door. Fully stocked kitchen. Bedrooms are very comfortable and large. The living room is open concept; focused on the views and a large TV! Lots of games in the playroom for the kids (and adults) to play. Several outdoor living spaces: one around a fire pit; one right off the living room with a dining room, grill and living room and the other above the boat house. We stayed there a lot! Enjoyed this property very much. Property manager was great to deal with - in fact, she saw that we had no plastic wrap and tin foil and sent us a UPS package to ensure we had it. Would definitely go back! Pretty sure this one will be fully booked for the future!

This property worked out great for our family vacation. Located central to a lot of activities in the Austin area! So easy to work with and we would definitely recommend
