Not as advertised
Sad property! First, we get there and at 4pm the door would not unlock. I called and I spoke to an Indian who could barely speak English. Instead of giving me my door code she wanted proof that I paid which meant I would have to drop bags, pull up my checking, look back months on my CC statement to prove I paid. I am very angry that I could not understand what she was saying and was frustrated enough to have to look thru my statement for proof. I would not have driven 5 hrs for nothing! The rental company sent me the code after our check in time which left us sitting outside frustrated because they knew we were coming. Second, my Sister’s both stepped on glass in the kitchen which meant who ever cleans did not clean the floor correctly. I let management know and all I got was a I’m sorry??? For three days, I complained about the TV not working outside so we could watch games and all I got was someone would look into it, never happened. The pool was dirty. Pool guy came and dumped white powder in and left. Didn’t clean it at all. The outside shower which is covered was terribly dirty. I complained, no answer! Kitch is extremely tiny and the pan we cooked eggs in needs trashed. Lots of mold and mildew in the home. Would not stay again and would never use this Tybee property management again. So disappointed!
