This location was beautiful and well maintained!! Had absolutely all the amenities that we needed as a family. Close to restaurants and quick drive to the beach!

Shorewalk

The decor and furnishings were comfortable and up to date. Lanai was great overlooking the pond where there are many ducks to watch. Loved the separation of the guest room from the Master suite. Could not hear any noise from the other condos. Looking forward to staying here again next year!!! Also the owners were great at keeping in touch if we had any questions

Near everything, 4 minutes to IMG, 20 min to the beach, 20 min from the airport, restaurants and shopping all around. The owners John & Sharon are very helpful and truly want your stay to be memorable and pleasant. Very communicative. We will stay here again!

Shorewalk updated Condo

This condo made for a very enjoyable stay!! Everything has been remodeled from the kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We really enjoyed the Ninja coffee machine. The bathrooms have also been updated. There are very comfortable new patio furnishings on the lanai with a ceiling fan. Please note there are 15 steps to the entry but they were not too difficult to navigate and we are in our 70’s.

Fantastic stay October 2023

Just returned from a two weeks stay at Shorewalk, great communication with owner and condo spotlessly clean. Ideally located onsite to pool and club house with its family staff and other facilities. Great location for shops, restaurants and getting to the beach, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler all available in condo. Weather was brilliant and had some lovely days relaxing around the pool, others having days out. Would highly recommend this condo.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt. Sie ist sehr hübsch gelegen in einer Anlage mit kleinen Seen, zwei Pools, einer Grillstation und zwei Tennisplätzen. Alles ist prima geflegt und das Personal sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Keith, der Vermieter, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was den Aufenthalt schön macht. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und enthält alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen Urlaub in Florida. Sogar Strandstühle, ein Sonnenschirm und Badehandtücher sind vorhanden. Wir können diese Wohnung super Empfehlen und hoffen, bei einem nächsten Urlaub dort wieder wohnen zu können.

Not clean

This was not our first time at Shorewalk, however the unit we previously rented was not available so we decided to give this one a shot. We were immediately met with an unpleasant odor as soon as we walked through the door. This prompted us to quickly assess the cleanliness of the unit. It was evident this condo has not been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. The floors were so dirty, our bare feet were black within minutes. Crumbs and food particles on the floor, oil splatter on the cooktop, and the counter was covered in ants. The pillows were stained yellow and the toilet was leaking resulting in a pool of water on the floor. Unfortunately, this caused us to spend almost 2 hours scrubbing and cleaning. While the owner was responsive when contacted, we were ultimately asked to resolve ourselves by calling maintenance. We therefore had to purchase ant baits to combat the ants as we did not want to wait until the next day to call maintenance and risk them crawling in our food overnight. We were refunded the cleaning fee, but I would have much preferred a clean unit upon arrival. While some things have been upgraded, there are still a lot of original components showing the age of this unit. There were some Pros: Proximity to the clubhouse Spacious Great back view off balcony Beach equipment provided The condition of the unit upon arrival was unacceptable and as such we cannot recommend this unit. Guests deserve a clean space.
