Pet & kid friendly.
There is a great garden with a pool shared with other people, always avaible. Gym no previous reservation and barbecue grill area at the roof of the building.
Metro stop is Cerro Blanco and is 5 minutes walking. Near Cerro San Cristobal, Barrio Bellavista, Teleférico, Parque Japonés, Barrio Patronato, Pablo Neruda's house, metropolitan zoo, downtown, nigthlife, restaurants, bars, museums, pharmacys and a big supermarket just down the building.
