Such a beautiful home!

I can’t say enough nice things about this stay! This house was beautiful, very clean, and in such an awesome location that was super close to downtown, but out of the way enough that it felt serene. Felt like a really safe location. Nice amenities! We didn’t need for a single thing and we never had to contact our host for help, but they were super nice and helpful prior To check in! Also really appreciated how pet friendly it was. Nice backyard! Would absolutely stay here again!

AMAZING Host

Erika’s home is gorgeous and super comfortable! We felt right at home. The property is in downtown Durham making it convenient to explore the area. It is also right off the highway, which was perfect for us as we were in the area exploring options for future ideas. I would stay here again!

Durham house

Erika is the sweetest person ever and you couldn't ask for a better host! She responded promptly and was very accommodating. The house is a very cute, quaint little place. It was nicely remodeled for an older home with good working heating and air, and you can change the thermostat to your needs. The location is easily accessible to many great amenities. People were constantly walking, so it felt very safe, and it was very quiet inside the house even with construction happening down the road. Parking is on the street and can fit 2 cars. The curtains in the living room are sheer and the doors have a lot of glass. There is a small 2 person sofa and a small chair in the living room. No ottomans or ability to recline. Drip coffee pot. Mattresses and sheets are very soft and comfortable. The bed frame in the large room however had openings in the headboard (its designed that way) which unfortunately your pillow can fall through while your sleeping. There is a full length mirror behind the door, and some hangers in the closet. There is a large sloped fenced in yard with trees, bushes, and lots of squirrels. Its great for small dogs or a medium/large dog that cant jump a fence. There is a drip coffee pot. Bring a throw blanket and fan if you normally use one. You dont have to do much when checking out, which is nice. Overall, a great place to stay!!
