Gem is an understatement

Gem is an understatement!!! This property was nicely renovated and clean! The neighborhood does have some properties under rehabilitation, but my family and I felt safe. There is a street light right outside of the house. There are exterior cameras and FREE covered parking that is well lit. It is conveniently located being close to the highway, shopping/grocery (Publix, Walmart, Target), and entertainment (Las Olas Blvd/Beach). The backyard is fenced in for privacy and even a screened in sunroom. Can’t forget about the fire pit! It was nice to have TVs in the bedrooms with ceilings fans. Communication with host was very easy. Text is the preferred method of communication, which is my preference. My family and I arrived early and host was gracious enough to allow slightly early check in. There was a temporary loss of power, but it didn’t last long at all (<10 minutes), but again the host was responsive and prompt. I will for sure stay at this property again!! 10/10

Frequent visit

We stay in rentals in Fort Lauderdale/Miami quite often and I will say this is by far the most accurate and honest listing. The home was exactly as described and the photos were perfect. We will definitely be staying here again. We actually opted to cook at the house and enjoy time in due to quaintness of the home. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. If the home os available I would definitively recommend you book it. Close to Dania Pointe shopping, the beach, and the highway, yet in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Great property

Awesome stay. The home was very clean. I also received notice that the home was available 3 hours before check-in which i thought was great. Updated interior and exterior which made it so much nicer than a hotel room. I definitely recommend and will book again when I come back.....
