Home is approx. 3600 sq. ft., 6 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathroom, 3 fireplaces, 2 kitchens, 3 living room areas, 2 laundries, every room has a Smart TV where you can stream i.e. Netflix, Roku etc. as per your smartphone apps. Exercise bike outside with weights and yoga mats. 2 adult kayaks, 2 children kayaks, small row boat, 2 paddleboards. Kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking .Nestled in nature, orchards, and vineyards, this residence offers a rare gem in an idyllic setting. Close to wineries, restaurants, golf courses, bike rentals, hiking, pickelball, rail trail. Featuring a covered patio, hot tub, lakeside fire pit, panoramic views. The upper level has four bedrooms, while the lower level has two bedrooms and a kitchenette. Dock is not available , it belongs to neighbour, but easy water access with stairs into lake for swimming, kayaking, etc.

Amazing experience! Would definitely go back again

Absolutely loved our stay! Great location. Amazing top deck with gorgeous views, lower deck with hot tub( lights, jets and speakers to connect via Bluetooth!) propane fire pit with very comfy curved sectional with a view, amazing well kept willow tree in the back, sand pit on lower level great for kids, few steps down to beach. Amazing for kids, great street for biking with kids. Inside has an amazing well kept massive kitchen separate bar with bar height seating, separate ice maker, beverage fridge, and wine fridge, huge fridge, all the cabinets are labeled so super easy to find and put away items. Heated slate floors in kitchen. Two Bose portable speakers were left for us to use. The window coverings in each bedroom were great, had channels on sides to really black out the rooms. Kayaks for kids and adults to use! Sand toys and crib available. Owner was very easy to get a hold of and was very nice! Overall such a great experience and amazing amenities. Can't say enough good things about it!

We love the neighbourhood because it is so close to wineries, great restaurants, biking the rail trail, hiking in a provincial park is 6 min away, several golf courses are 15 min away, also close to Predator Ridge Golf course , shopping is 6 min away, and we appreciate the quite peaceful lakefront so much.
