This HUGE loft is located on the corner of 10th and Olive St in downtown St. Louis. Combine the newest ideals in contemporary design with historically significant buildings, it is located at the intersection of business, entertainment and residential districts.
Our place is pet-friendly. We do request a one-time additional fee towards the cleaning fee to help cover the cost of a deep clean that targets pet hair. Please inquire about the pet fee. Thanks!
The Space:
If St. Louis is the Gateway to the West, then this industrial-chic two-bedroom offers the perfect gateway to the city itself. Unlock a bastion of exposed brick and rugged beams, conveniently located in St. Louis’s vibrant downtown neighborhood. Featuring high ceilings, a full kitchen, and a workstation, this suite is all about comfort and convenience for both business and pleasure travelers. We’re your getaway Gateway. This property does not come with a dedicated parking spot included in your stay. However, there are several nearby parking options available! Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy!
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
Located in downtown St. Louis, you'll find a variety of attractions and interests to explore, including the iconic Gateway Arch, the historic Old Courthouse, and the bustling City Museum, which offers a unique blend of art and adventure for visitors of all ages. Our suite is justfew blocks away from Kaufman Park as well as Serra Sculpture Park. Schnucks Downtown is just right across the property for your essentials.
Getting Around:
There are several parking options available at this Airbnb. There is always street parking available; however, it is first come, first served. The city owns a gated lot two blocks down the street, as well as a parking garage directly across the street. The garage is attached to Schnuck's Culinaria, and you can park there hourly or overnight for $20/day. These prices are subject to change based on city events (such as Cardinals baseball games), but the grocery store garage generally remains consistent.

Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 12noon at $10/per every hour needed. Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
