It is important to note that there is a noise ordinance imposed throughout the region from 10:00pm - 7:00am. This includes having all outdoor lights out at 10:00pm.

NOTES ON INTERIOR

1) Main floor: Grand entrance opens to soaring ceilings, formal living room, dining room, pool table room, gleaming hardwood floors throughout; fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, expansive primary suite with king bed and en-suite bathroom; large second bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bathroom; half bath.

2) Second Floor: Bedroom with king bed; full bathroom in the hall; second bedroom with two queen beds and en-suite bathroom; third huge bedroom with wet bar, a single queen bed, and two queen bunk beds.

3) Lower Level: Completely above grade; its own apartment. Hardwood floors, full kitchen, and living area opening to large deck. One bedroom with king bed; full bathroom; second bedroom with two queen beds; third bedroom with two queen beds; half bath; professional media room with giant screen, surround-sound, and leather recliner studio seating for seven.

*Most bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs for your enjoyment.

Perfect family getaway

My family and I wanted a house or cabin in the mountains to have a surprise birthday gathering for my sister and my husband's 45th birthday. I came across this listing and everything from the cleanliness, overall appearance and the wonderful communication from the host was nothing short of amazing! If i could give more than 5 stars, I would. We had over 20 people in our group and everyone slept comfortably and there was so much space inside and outside for everyone to move about. The location is close to quite a few stores so we were about to find everything we needed. If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, spacious home with a great host.... this is it! It's worth every penny!

Wonderful Stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this stunning home in Fletcher, and it was an experience I just had to share! The moment I set foot in the door, I was struck by the elegance and welcoming atmosphere of the place. It’s not just a house; it’s a home that radiates warmth and beauty. What stood out immediately was how impeccably clean everything was. It’s clear the owners take great pride in keeping the place spotless, which made the stay incredibly comfortable. It’s that kind of cleanliness that makes you feel at ease right away. The space in this home is something else. Each room is perfectly sized, creating a sense of openness without losing that cozy feel. The high ceilings and large windows let in so much light, making every space feel inviting. The bedrooms are especially dreamy, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The kitchen deserves a shoutout too. It’s modern, fully equipped, and spacious, making it a joy to cook in. And the outdoor area is just as impressive, with plenty of space to relax or entertain. They were working on an indoor Pickleball court when we were there- it looked very cool. In all, the house strikes the perfect balance of elegance, comfort, and spaciousness. It’s a fantastic spot that made my family’s stay memorable. For anyone looking for a mix of luxury and homeliness, this place ticks all the boxes!
