Une très mauvaise expérience

Luis est un hôte sympathique mais à part ça, j'ai vécu vraiment une horrible expérience. Le logement était envahi par des cafards, dans la cuisine surtout. Je précise que le logement où mes enfants et moi avons dû cohabiter avec les cafards n'était pas le logement correspondant à l'annonce Groups, chic, close to NYC, Jersey City downtown and Hoboken. En fait, un mois avant notre arrivée, Luis m'a proposé de changer de logement, j'ai accepté sur la base de quelques photos mais sans avoir eu l'adresse et l'emplacement exact et je n'ai biensur pas été informé de la présence des cafards (sachant que j'ai vu des pièges à cafards dans l'appartement). Le nouveau logement pour le même prix s'est avéré de qualité bien inférieure à ce que j'avais réservé initialement. Au lieu d'être dans le centre ville et proche du Path pour Manhattan, le logement était à North Bergen loin de Jersey City. Il n'y avait pas tous les équipements comme la machine à laver et je rappelle il y avait des cafards. Ce qui n'était pas supportable pour mes enfants et moi. Nous avons dû quitter le logement après avoir tenu 3 nuits et j'ai dû réserver dans un hôtel pour le reste de notre séjour. Ça va que Luis m'a rembourser les 2 nuits qu'on na pas fait mais je nai pas été dédommager pour la gêne occasionnée sur les 3 nuits. Ce qui est inadmissible. av des

Condo is on the 5th floor with NO elevator. Only had one bath towel each for 6 days. No hand towels or wash cloths. Dead bugs on the floor. Bathtub drain was clogged and backed up inside the tub of material in the drain. Limited bedding on beds. No window coverings in one bedroom. The 3 of us are in our 60's and one with limited mobility. If you don't mind bugs and carrying your luggage up 5 flights then this is the rental for you.
