Lovely Spot with Great Outdoor Amenities

Me and my friends had a great time here for a vacation at St. Pete! The place was very clean inside with plenty of amenities/things we needed for the trip. Bedrooms were solid, and didn't have much trouble at all sleeping. The pool and hot tub outside were a big reason for booking, and were really nice to have so we spent a lot of time hanging out outside too! Unfortunately the pool water ended up looking dirtier/greener than expected throughout our stay due to a treatment being done, but the host was very communicative about what was going on when we asked. I feel it was just a case of unfortunate timing, so asking beforehand about the water feature status would be good! Overall, great, quiet spot to stay at if you like having water features outside! Super close to all the stuff in St. Pete as well (including beaches).

We're in a quiet and family oriented neighborhood, yet close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. You have more amenities within walking distance than any other neighborhood in Saint Pete's.

What makes this property unique

We bought this house as a second home and decided to share it with others, which is why most of our guests have commented that they find utensils, cookware, etc. that they would not expect at a short term rental. You will enjoy a large pool that you can actually do laps in, our pool spa is large enough for young children to enjoy as their own pool and the jacuzzi to relax after a long day of shopping, beaching or enjoying all the beautiful amenities that St Pete’s has to offer.
