Step into the epitope of style, comfort, and convenience in our modern home nestled in Seattle’s Central District. The home is located within walking distance to a myriad of Seattle neighborhoods that include Capitol Hill, Madrona, Madison Park, Leschi, Downtown, and the International District.
Below are some points of interest that you will be close to!
Outdoor Areas: Volunteer Park, Seward Park, Cal Anderson Park, Madison Park Beach, Washington Park Arboretum, Sculpture Park, Burke Gilman Bike Trail and UW Campus.

Experience warmth and comfort in our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home that is perfect for both work and leisure. On the main floor you will find a clean, light-filled living area where you can relax with your friends and family. The home has plenty of light and flows together to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. There is a 75” TV for movie nights and a bevy of boardgames and puzzles for game nights. There’s also a fully appointed kitchen with ample storage and stainless-steel appliances. Off the kitchen, you can find a side deck that is perfect for al fresco dining.
The Second floor of the home features two comfortable bedrooms outfitted with queen beds, storage and spa like, ensuite bathrooms.
For those who are needing a space to work, we have a dedicated workspace setup with a desk, chair, and high-speed WiFi for you to use.
The rooftop deck has outdoor seating and is the perfect place to have a drink while overlooking the breathtaking view of downtown Seattle!
Finally, the home features a washer/dryer on the first floor and a dedicated parking space, as well as ample street parking, for those who plan to have a car on their trip.
