If you are looking for a winter escape or want some summer fun but still want a place that can still feel like home, then you have come to the right place. Our beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 3 baths, heated pool house is perfectly situated on a corner lot in a very quiet neighborhood of Venice. Our home is nestled between two golf communities. This is a low traffic neighborhood and is conveniently located within 10 minutes of downtown Venice Island and is surrounded by 5 beaches that are all within a 10-15 minute drive. This location allows privacy and provides quick access to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and beautiful white sand beaches. Our spacious open floor plan home features modern beach decor. French doors open to beautiful outdoor living space with patio sectional, Weber grill and tranquil pool. Enjoy a morning coffee/tea or evening sip while basking in the sun or enjoy the breeze while relaxing in our enclosed lanai. Amenities include: Internet/wifi, 2 adult bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie board, shark teeth finder, waffle maker, blender, rice cooker, beach towels, linens, washer and dryer, iron, hair blower, and coffee maker.

We desire for our home to be shared with families that will take care of it as if it were their own. This is not for party-goers as we respect our quiet community and our neighbors. Minimum age requirement for rental is 25 yrs old. Between January- April, our preference would be to rent for a minimum period of three months.

Please also be advised that our home has 6 exterior cameras; all of which can be turned off upon entry except for the front door Ring camera.

Great Home! Amazing Beaches!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The house is well equipped in the kitchen and for days at the many beautiful beaches! Steve & Tina went above and beyond to make our stay spectacular! This was our first trip but definitely not our last!

Lovely home, quiet neighborhood

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool and the house had everything we needed. It was a short drive to the beaches and we loved the quaint downtown. We would stay here again. We utilized the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie board and the shark tooth finder. We slept well as the neighborhood was quiet. We visited Siesta Key beach and Anna Maria Island. We also took a sunset cruise from Sarasota. Our favorite restaurants included Made in Italy, Blu Island bistro, Mi Pueblo, Darrell's BBQ, Sharky's on the pier and Thai Spice.

Wonderful home in Venice

Great overall rental for week. Very clean, well furnished updated 3 bedroom home. Had everything we needed for our stay. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Owners were very helpful & accommodating. Would definitely rent again next time we're in Venice.

Awesome home, awesome location!

This home is the perfect size for a family. The home is beautiful and spacious, and the pool is a great way to end your day. On top of that the owners make sure you have what you need and that you know what is expected. We are planning on staying again next year.

Amazing

We had an amazing time. The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything you need to go to any of the gorgeous beaches in the area. Tina and Steve were fabulous! The location was perfect, we did 7 beaches in 7 days. The pool was a great way to end the day. Thank you again Tina and Steve for making our vacation perfect!

Lovely home in quiet residential neighbourhood

The home was lovely and in a very nice, quiet neighbourhood. Tina had made sure that everything we could possibly need was available and the home was beautifully decorated. We stayed here whilst selling our own property a short distance away and so we knew that the location and proximity to restaurants, beaches, shops, etc were good. We would not hesitate in recommending the property to anyone wishing to stay in the Venice area.

Great Getaway!

Nice Home in Venice

The home is in a great location, quiet subdivision, and only minutes from downtown Venice and the beaches. The house has been very well maintained (and updated) and has all the comforts of home. The owners were great and have provided most anything you could think of to use while staying there. We had a fantastic vacation and would definitely consider renting from them again. Beautiful home, perfect location!

What a wonderful vacation! The home in Venice was beautiful. Very clean and spacious for the 5 of us. The kids loved having the pool to themselves. Very relaxing! Loved the neighborhood. Took a walk every morning. The house was centrally located to everything. Perfect for Spring Break. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. Thanks for letting us use your beautiful home. Great!

Great place to stay!

The house was wonderful. It has a great layout for families and we loved the open concept of the main living area. The pool and patio are wonderful, a great place for morning coffee. Venice is a quiet beach town and this is a great place to stay. We highly recommend this house. The owners were also very good to work with. It has everything included for a great beach vacation. The house is even nicer in person than what the pictures can show.

Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay in April. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood away from busy streets but close enough to be convenient to beach, shopping, and grocery store. The house was immaculate and just as described. There was lots of room for our family of five. The pool and outside sitting areas were also clean, and we particularly enjoyed these features of the house. The house comes with some of the extra things that make traveling easier - beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas. The owner, Tina, was accessible, easy to work with, and checked on us to be sure we didn't need anything else. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again in the future or to recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Great destination!!

This listing was exactly as pictured and everything you could possibly need in a rental home. We had a great vacation while staying in this beautiful home. It is conveniently located near beaches, restaurants and golf courses. It was a pleasure dealing with the owners who were always available and very accommodating. We loved it so much that we will be returning next year.
