Our newly renovated 1 BR condo located on the 2nd floor is in a spectacular location in Old Naples, just behind 3rd Street South and a short walk to 5th Ave! To the East is Naples City Dock and Tin City, to the North is 5th Ave. To the West 3 blocks is the Naples Pier and beautiful beach.

The Cypress club is part of a community of buildings called the Village Green that boasts a fantastic community center including a large pool and sun chairs, a library, shuffleboard, a kitchen, bocce ball, and room to play cards.

Bedroom has king bed. Giant California Closet will offer play of storage.

Large cozy sitting room with 65 in TV and L - shaped couch has pull out queen sleeper.

Kitchen new w full size oven, refrigerator/ freezer & dishwasher. Coffee maker, toaster, plenty of storage.

All linens (sheets, blankets, towels) included.
Laundry rm on1st floor.
