Entrance with the large sitting room full of light and characteristic fireplace, spacious billiard room with bar, spacious kitchen-dining room with large fireplace which opens out onto a portico equipped with a table and chairs.

FIRST FLOOR:
Four double rooms two of which with an ensuite bathroom with shower
Two twin bedrooms, two large bathrooms with bath
Two terraces with tables for breakfast and spectacular views

INDOOR EQUIPMENT: dishwasher, washing machine, billiard room, TV, oven, freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine, microwave, Internet access, high chair.

OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT: Swimming pool, 6 bicycles, gazebo, wood burning oven, barbecue, swing for children, a billiards table, table football and outdoor games (boules, croquet, mini golf)

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: The pool is open from 01/05 to 31/10. Tourist tax Euro 1 per person per day. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
For events (including weddings), we charge a EUR 2500 venue fee and will also need a refundable damage deposit of EUR 1500 to be paid at check-in.
