Our spacious open kitchen showcases a double oven with convection option. The instant view fridge and a outdoor venting stovetop making this a chef's delight. The open floor plan allows you to keep an eye on the kids across the house while preparing that delicious meal. Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea. The custom cabinets, floating island, and walk-in pantry help to tuck away everything when not in use.

Other components for large families or groups include unique, maximized storage spaces in the bathrooms. A coatrack near the garage allows you to unload multiple backpacks, purses, etc. Numerous seating options includes seating for 6 both inside and out, 4 barstools for casual dining, a folding high chair, and 2 plush comfy couches. There is a pop-up table that makes an ideal spot for kids to sit on and dine as well.

There is a constant fresh breeze that blows through the house day and night. Rest easy with security doors and windows that still let the breeze flow in. Each room also has cordless room darkening blinds so kids and pets will not get tangled up and energy saving smart lights in the bedrooms.
