This condo complex is located in a prime area just off of Old Mammoth Road. You will be within walking distance to a variety of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The Green Line Shuttle (a free service) stops nearby the complex and travels to the Eagle Lodge and The Village. Hiking/biking trails and golf courses are also conveniently a short drive away.

Horizons 4 #114 is lovingly cared for and updated by the owners who visit frequently. This home is non-smoking and energy efficient with dual-paned windows.

The living room features a cozy wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, and 2 microfiber couches. Snuggle up on the couch as you relax with a DVD or book from the ever-growing library, or choose a game/puzzle to enjoy with the kids. In addition to the DVD player, WiFi is also provided. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and separate vanity is nestled away down the hallway for all guests to share.

The cook's kitchen is appointed with all new utensils, dishware, and glassware. Other equipment includes a blender, toaster, slow cooker, coffee maker, waffle maker, and a fondue pot. Guests are encouraged to keep the chef company in the kitchen by taking one of the 3 seats at the breakfast bar. Alongside this dining space is the dining table with seating for 6.

The deck offers a view of the pine trees and Horizon 4's spring gardens.

The master bedroom offers a Queen-size bed, premium bedding, a smaller flat screen TV, and a full vanity sink and mirror. Upstairs a loft holds 3 Twin-size beds, a small flat screen TV, and an attached bathroom.

There are 2 outdoor parking spots with permits. The community sauna, hot tub, rec room, and laundry facilities are available year round. The recreation room has a ping pong table, pool table, and video games. The communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are only available during the summer.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Horizons 4 is not a pet friendly complex.
- Commencing on April 22nd, all amenities (sauna, bathrooms, jacuzzi and laundry room) will not be operational during this time.

Kitchen not clean, food still on cutting board. White Pets hair all over couches and throw pillows.

Considering Covid and all, it’s very apparent this condo needs a different house keeping crew. Nice little condo and location. But the lack of cleanliness makes it hard to justify renting this unit again.

Lovely stay in Mammoth

Great location, comfortable condo. Great decor and most anything you'd need available. My only complaint was getting the key as part of the check in process was frustrating as you have to use an old school combination lock and following the instructions is a little confusing. The e-mail ahead of time could have been clearer, and I'd suggest they upgrade from combination locks!

Great condo

A group of five of us stayed here for a ski weekend. Cozy condo, very clean, and a great location. Picking up and dropping off the keys was very easy as well. We drove to Eagle and parked there each day but the shuttle is accessible as well. Fireplace, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of extra linens. Well worth the price.
