2 bedroom, 1 bath , 500sqft country cottage on 1 acre of land, full 10 x 14 enclosed screen porch, small deck, set back from the main road on wooded lot, yet about 1/2 mile to beach on Lake Winnipesaukee . Full kitchen with microwave, small dinette, wood stove , TV on antenna only, no internet, 1 queen bed , 2 twin bunk beds, couch can pull out to a full also. Enjoy all the lake and mountain area activities, Great little get away to enjoy the area!!!

Nice clean cottage

We went for the first part of Laconia bike week. The location was great for us. The enclosed porch was great to relax on. Very nice stay.

Quiet cabin

Cabin was as described. Loved the enclosed porch. We were out all day but the porch was perfect for quiet evenings after your busy days of travel, visiting and exploring. Very quiet area but easy access to go sight seeing. Easy check in and great communication. Hope to return some day

Great value.

Short vacation with my sister and 2 disabled children. Accommodations were as described, small cottage, but plenty of room for the four of us. Tranquil setting, far enough away from the hustle and bustle; still close enough to everything to be convenient.

New Hampshire Getaway

Nice and clean. The screened porch was great. A nice spot to read or relax. We’ve been coming to the area for 25 years and would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
