Finely decorated to provide a safe and comfortable stay.
4 bedrooms, one of them suite. Living room with two environments. Dining room and large kitchen equipped with new appliances. Crazy, and utensils. Modern bathrooms with heaters and comfort.
Location in Leme (extension of Copacabana beach). Bars, restaurants, supermarkets.
In order for the reservation to be accepted, it is necessary that the selected period be higher than 3 daily.
To make the reservation it is necessary to pay 50% of the total value of the rental and the signing of a rental contract per season. The remaining 50% upon check-in.

Maravilhosa vista em amplo apartamento

A anfitriã é uma pessoa muito amável, e atenciosa. Os porteiros são muito respeitosos e prestativos. O apartamento é muitíssimo bem localizado, bem amplo. Nós estávamos em 10 pessoas da família, e fomos muito bem acomodados. Na região tem mercado, mercearia, farmácia, restaurantes caros e baratos. Vista diurna e noturna, maravilhosas. Tem todos os utensílios necessários para a estadia, e preparação de alimentos. O único comentário que é bom ficar mais claro, mas em nada prejudica a estadia, é o fato de o terceiro banheiro ser bem apertadinho, e precisar de uns ganchos para evitar molhar as roupas. Valeu a pena.

Nice apartment in an excellent location

We stayed at Maria's apartment in December 2021. We were multi-generation party of 11. Maria's apartment is located in front of a great Beach and the windows look to the sea. It is a large apartment with 4 bedrooms, a large living room/dinning room area. The kitchen is large and well equipped and there is a laundry room. There are 2 large and modern bathrooms serving the bedrooms. Another small (service) bathroom is located by the service entrance and is good for cleaning up when returning from the beach. The apartment is very clean. The rooms are a bit outdated but this is reflected in the nightly price. Communication with the owner was excellent. Internet was excellent. Overall we spent a great time and i would return if having the opportunity
