The 1st full floor, up a couple steps from the entry mud room (where the boot dryer awaits) & foyer, contains the bar and game / theater room, (70 inch 4K TV) plus an oversized bedroom with ensuite bath. The outdoor hot tub is accessible on this level as well. The large bedroom has a queen sized bed & queen sized pull out futon as well.
The next floor up contains our large living room. Featuring an entire south facing window wall with terrific Deer Valley Resort Views, a large warm gas fireplace and comfy seating and room for everyone to talk, or just relax.
Just a few more steps up to the main floor where the Deer Valley Snowpark Resort Base and surrounding area views take center stage. On this floor you will enjoy the gourmet kitchen, dining areas, laundry facilities, counter seating, deck access, modern table for 8. Double Barn doors welcome you to a large King bedroom that also has a single sleeper pull out and a jetted tub. All bedrooms have their own showers.
From the Kitchen level, take a few steps up the stairs to either landing. Then take in the south facing 230 degree mountain views!
On the top level, you will discover the 2 Master Suites, each with expansive resort and ski area views. (See photos). Each Master Suite has a King bed, vaulted exposed beam ceilings.
