This well presented 1st floor 2 bed apartment with private large roof solarium( with views towards the salt lakes) is located in the established area of Dream Hills on the Orhuela Costa, Costa Blanca a short 15-20 minutes drive from the town of Torrevieja.

There are also two well sized communal pools available for you to use, which are a 5 min walk from the apartment

The apartment is comfortably furnished to offer you a hassle free home from home holiday and will make a ideal base for either family holidays or golf party's

Dream Hills is easily accessible from both Alicante(1hrs approx) and Murcia(1hrs approx) airports.

Lovely apartment and host
Apartment is in a good location,pools very nice, loved the roof top to sun bathe! The apartment had everything we needed in it,Cliff the host and Karen the key holder were both very helpful and always replied to messages straight away.I had a mix up with flights and they were both excellent making any changes I needed to make very straight forward,I can’t thank them enough for this. We will definitely be staying again 😊

Had a fantastic family holiday! Communication with the owner and key holder was great. They were both so flexible with check in times and were able to respond promptly to any questions we had before and during our stay. The house was clean on arrival, in a great location and so close to the community pools. Thanks Cliff and Karen, we’ll definitely be back!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour , l'appartement était propre , les lits fait à l'arrivée , plein de serviettes de toilette propres à disposition , cuisine bien équipée : torchons , machine à laver le linge ... La terrasse sur le toit est très agréable, on y mange le midi sous un grand parasol et le soir plus au frais , elle est éclairée , il y a aussi pleins de bain de soleil avec des matelas très confortables. La voiture est indispensable pour aller à la plage ou sortir à Torrevieja. Il y a plusieurs supermarchés non loin de la résidence. La plage de la Mata est magnifique, immense , l'eau est claire !! Par contre il faudrait envisager de programmer des chaines en espagnol sur la télé pour les infos , la météo .. Tout est en anglais, il faudrait également quelques chaines dans d'autres langues pour les vacanciers . Cliff est très agréable et répond à toutes nos questions.

Dissapointing
We arrived at this apartment on 25th April, the key holder arrived and let us in , the first thing that we noticed was how musty and smelly it was in there. I mentioned this to her and she said yes that's because it has been closed up since last year.The settee is badly stained, the light in the kitchen was not working , my husband found a spare bulb and replaced it. The balcony was very dirty and the roof terrace was unusable, when we spoke to the key holder regarding this her reply was its a mess its nothing to do with us we don't touch the terrace., considering i had to give he 50 euros on arrival so that she can clean the apartment when we leave so that it would be ready for the next guests, i found this comment unbelievable, as i expected the apartment and roof terrace to be ready for us on arrival. Before we unpacked we went and purchased cleaning products and candles to freshen up the apartment, we also spent a day cleaning the roof terrace and scrubbing the two sun beds that were very dirty. Not how you expect to start your holiday as we were booked for 3 weeks we had no choice. I took photos of all things above and sent them to the owner, he agreed it was totally unacceptable, apologised and paid £100 back into our bank to compensate for what we spent and the time we lost starting our holiday. The only reason i decided that i would do a review is that hopefully this should never happen to the first guests that arrive next year to stay at this apartment. The apartment itself is nice and kitchen very well equipped. Roger & Eileen stayed 25th April to 16th May

Pour le ménage peut être amélioré tacle sur les draps poussière canapés très usés. Terrasse pas propre et la télévision pas un seul programme en espagnol tout en anglais dommage pour être en Espagne 🇪🇸, si non l'appartement bien équipé

really really had 9 great days in this apartment. clean, tidy & comfortable. had everything we needed. The area was clean, tidy & friendly. 2 large super markets , Aldi & Consum with 15 minutes walk . 10 minutes drive there is several beaches, markets , fun fair, pubs etc etc . will be stopping here again.

Me and my family had an amazing time in Los Balcones, the apartment was in excellent condition and was perfectly equipped with all the tools we required to have a great stay. It was very clean and we took great advantage of the roof terrace and it's beautiful view. It was also situated in a great location to all the surroundings, very central. Would definitely recommend the apartment and would stay there again.

Beautiful Apartment.
Beautiful apartment ,clean, bright and well equipped and maintained.Lovely roof terrace,and a balcony to sit out and enjoy the sun.Having air conditioning was great,as it was very hot for July.A swimming pool nearby was for our use if wanted.There is a bus nearby which would take you to Torrevieja Town and its beaches.The nearest restaurants were about 10'15mins walk away, there you will find Chinese,Indian,Fish and Chips,Tapa's.We hired a car so we could go to resorts further up the coast.Had a great 3 week stay,and would most definately recommend the apartment to friends and family.

Very clean and everything you will need
We stayed at Los Balcones for 4 weeks in September. We found the property very clean and had everything you would need for a short or long stay holiday. The area is mostly residential which suited us. We hired a car for the full 4 weeks so did quite a bit of driving around the costal towns. We made good use of the solarium rather that trek to the beach, which is about 10 - 12 minutes drive from the flat. we would use this property again in the future.

Magnifique
Appartement très propre et très confortable. Il est situé dans un quartier résidentiel avec 2 belles piscines surveillées à disposition. Restaurants, bars à proximités. Le centre ville est à 10 minutes en voiture ainsi que les grandes plages et le ports. Il y a des plus petites plages et criques (punta prima...) à 5 minutes en voitures. Plages plus calmes et plus agréables. Mr Nelson est très sérieux et réponds à toutes vos questions. Bonnes vacances assurées!

Comfortable and well equipped apartment
The owner provided plenty of towels and bed linen and the kitchen was very well equipped. The apartment has a balcony and a roof terrace, both providing lovely outside areas for eating and sunbathing. Cliff (the owner) responded to our initial enquiry very promptly and answered and questions quickly. We received a very warm welcome from the key holder too. The apartment is situated in a quiet area and you have a real sense of community on this urbanisation. There is a choice of two pools within easy walking distance. There is also a commercial centre within easy walking distance and a bus service which runs every 40 minutes into the town centre or to beaches. The nearest supermarket is about 20 minutes walk, so a car is useful if you intend to self cater. There are some fantastic cycling routes in the area and there are local group rides if you want some company offered by Cyclogical in Quesada (www.cyclogicalcostablanca.com) or they provide maps if you wish to ride alone, and for very reasonable bike hire info@yourholidaybike.com - they will even deliver your cycles to you. Within the apartment is a comprehensive folder with information about local attractions etc. One featured is the therapeutic mud of the Salt lake at San Pedro de Pinatar which is only about 30 minutes drive from the apartment. This is not only a fabulous walk along the paseo between the lake and the sea, but a experience not to be missed!

Summer 2013
The apartment was suitably equipped and as described and within easy walking distance of the pools. The air conditioning was a good feature. The owner provided all the required information and was prompt in answering any emails or queries we had. We would happily recommend the property to friends and relatives who want to stay in the area. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance and we really enjoyed going to the water park in Rojales which is about 20-25mins away in the car. There are plenty of beaches within 10-15mins away in the car.

Dream Hills Los Balcones
After a few enquirys with the home owner of the apartment i was happy to agree to a short stay , a week in my case . I regulary fly to Alicante as i have family in Los Balcones , my usual house that i stay in was up for sale on this occasion so i couldnt stay there. So i knew about HomeAway website already so i checked there for something close to my brothers and came across this property , after emailing the homeowner we both agreed to let it out for the week , as it was very short notice i have to say they have been very good to let me have it that quick and the feedback was very good. As for location it is very close to Torrievieja which is pratically less than 10 minutes away, there is shops and bars very close which was ideal ,also a hospital almost right on the doorstep. As it was February and the purpose of the visit was for family i spent more time with them than doing the usual sightseeing thing. The apartment was perfect , tv and washing machine etc was as it was advertised on the site , it was very clean as well and i have to say a very quiet area at night which was good. I will be back again this year and will definelty be in touch again, i would have no hesitation in recommending friends or family to this property. Thanks once again to letting this property out to me and hopefully be back again soon.

El apartamento es perfecto, limpio, espacioso con todas las comodidades para pasar unos dias de vacaciones tal como se comenta en el anuncio. Sin problemas de aparcamiento en una zona tranquila y muy bien comunicada. Hay cerca supermercados y restaurantes en la misma urbanizacion. La piscinas comunitarias estan muy bien cuidadas,limpias y un ambiente tranquilo y relajado sobre todo si viajas con niños que era nuestro caso.Las playas de la zona esta bastante bien equipadas, bastante planas con poca profundidad en un principio lo que hace que los niños puedan jugar en el agua con cierta segurida Apatamento totalmente recomendado ok .Volveremos otra vez Y el propietario ( CLIFF ) sin duda una persona muy atenta siempre dispuesto a resolver cualquier duda que puedas tener, GRACIAS. wonderful holiday
My husband I arrived with our two teenage children to Cliffs apartment. We had stayed there previously in 2008 and had noticed there had been some improvements in terms of furniture and accessories. The apartment is clean, comfortable and easy to get to from the two local airports. There are beautiful views from the roof top solarium, which is great for sunbathing in the day and relaxing for dinner and late drinks throughout the evening. There are plenty of local supermarkets and beaches as well as bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable and care free stay. We would recommend this apartment to friends and family and are looking forward to returning some time in the near future!

Nice clean Property with great rooftop area to sunbath, eat, drink and watch the sun go down. Furnished to a good standard, with TV and Air Con. Separate Kitchen and lounge/dinner with patio doors to sun terrace(In addition to Roof Area) We hired a car and the location gave us a great base to explore the surrounding area. Plenty of beaches to choose from and nearby supermarkets to stock up on. Washing machine was handy if you only take minimum (hand) luggage on Flights like Ryanair or Easyjet. Ample parking directly outside the door for car so every thing was easy. The Pools on site are clean and well kept.

Dream Hills
Our visit was in April, a quiet and warm time of the year. The apartment was lovely, clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and the roof top was a great place to relax sunbath and eat outdoors in the sunshine. The TV was a great addition especially as we were there when the Royals got married! The location is a bus ride from the town and the beech but it's not difficult to get around. We didn't hire a car but used buses, taxis and our feet! Five minutes walk away from a few friendly bars and places to eat. There are several supermarkets to choose from within walking distance (15mins). The pools are small but well maintained and free to use. A 20mins walk away is another larger set of pools and bars (small charge for lounger and swim). The neighbours are friendly and everyone was so helpful - I would recommed it to friends and family.
