About this property

This relaxing newly remodled two bedroom apartment is centrally located. It is approximately three minutes to downtown, five minutes to UTEP as well as other great locations. City transit station is two blocks away and apartment has easy access to I-10 and major streets.
Our quaint apartment has a queen bed, TV in the master and a queen bed in second bedroom. Amenities include refrigerated air, full size washer and dryer, private lit gated parking with security camera, Wi-Fi, a Roku Smart TV with a complete kitchen with full size stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave oven and toaster oven.
Great place to stay when visiting El Paso & Ft. Bliss, TX / Las Cruces & Alamagordo, NM Juarez Mexico.

Friendly and Safe

He was very friendly. Place is clean and it’s very safe. People complain about the train but honestly if you have a TV on or a fan, you can’t hear it. The only thing I didn’t like was the tv in bedroom. Not a smart TV lol.

Excellent Apt, great owner

The owner and I kept in touch for the entire year I planned on going to El Paso. The closer the time came, the more the owner talked back and forth with me. Easy check in with keys. Great security for the motorcycles with a gated driveway. Clean condition and great time in the city. Will definitely look here again if I go back to El Paso.

Great spot with everything we needed!

Property was just what we needed for a long Labor Day weekend in El Paso. We had everything we needed and Roland even checked with us to make sure everything was going as expected. Property is close to train tracks, but the noise isn't that noticeable in the bedrooms, and living next to an Air Force base, I was basically used to it. Property was only a few minutes away from I-10 which allowed us access to all of El Paso with ease. Kitchen was stocked well enough to cook everything we needed and rental was close to several places to eat. Thanks for everything Roland! Would definitely stay again!

Great find

We were inEl Paso while my wife had a medical procedure. We did not want to stay in a hotel as she recovered so came across this little gem as we searched for a place. Roland and his wife were so welcoming and were there to greet us when we arrived. The little apartment was perfect! It was clean and inviting and had all the comforts of home. Roland and his wife were so hospitable checking on us and making sure we had all we needed that it more than made up for the train noise that came through the neighborhood during the day. Although, after the second night, it didn't bother us. We would recommend this vacation property highly and would stay there again if we're ever visiting El Paso.Thank you Roland. You and your wife are terrific!

My wife and I own the building where our offices are located. She runs a tax office and I sale various products to the schools.
We have enjoyed using Homeaway as vacationers because the locations and people we have met all have been fabulous. Since we have had a great experience we thought of trying to rent our location and give our visitors the same experience we have had.

Why they chose this property

The property is located on a main street in a historical district. The Sun Bowl Parade runs right in front of the property which is during Thanksgiving morning. The apartment sits behind the main building that was built around 1900. The main building is where our business office is located.
