This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing family meals, a dining area, a main living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, smart TV, and private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, a smart TV, and balcony access. A second bedroom with a queen size bed, a smart TV, and access to the hallway bathroom. We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Island Princess Condo 311, Ft Walton Beach

Almost totallly perfect!!! The king bed in the master bedroom sags in the middle and the sheets do not stay on the bed. Also the television in the living room area does not have a remote that works. At first we could only access hunting channels. Then we found ION. Needs to be fixed. It is not the battery.

Wonderful condo!

We’ve stayed at island princess several times! We love the property and enjoy coming back each year! This particular unit we stayed in this time was clean, comfortable and well decorated! Well stocked with towels and pots/pans, silverware… all the things! Master bed is very comfortable! The kids said the twin beds were just okay.

Beautiful Condo Blue Waters

Aside from some construction noise and a few areas being closed, the condo was beautiful and clean. The beach service was amazing and what a great location.
