Each has picturesque views of Oyster Pond and plenty of open space. Townhome 31 may be rented with Townhome 32 for approximately 4,250 SF of living area (contact Owner for more details).

Oyster Pond Condominium Complex includes free tennis court, swimming pool, shuffle board, acres of lawn for kite flying, playing catch, and family fun. Wide range of excellent nearby restaurants from super casual on up. Restaurant listings available as are brochures on activities for adults and kids. All summer take your family to the famous Chatham Band Concert, Cape League baseball, and Summer Theatre. Sightseeing, whale watching, seals, cycling, beaches, golf, movies are all nearby. Another great week in Chatham

This was our second year in the property and it was another great stay. Lovely home, great view and nice to have amenities such as the pool and tennis court.

Perfect for our family of six

It’s a great spot and all that we hoped for. Everything just as nice as pictured. The pool was a huge hit with our four little ones aged 6-14, and we even made some new friends.
