About this property

This 7,000 sq ft masterpiece includes 6 bedrooms (all with full en-suite bathrooms with showers), 3 King Sized Beds among the 6 BR, 6.5 Bathrooms, a 20x40 heated gunite pool, an outdoor basketball court, a large gourmet kitchen outfitted with the latest appliances and two dishwashers, and five gas fireplaces. There is a Master BR and a Junior Master BR, each provided with a King Sized Bed. A third BR upstairs also offers a King Sized Bed. A gorgeous glass fence surrounds the perimeter of the pool area, marrying security for children with a luxurious appearance and feel. Movies / sports may be enjoyed on a 133” HD projector screen in the theatre or on the 65” flat panel in the Living Room. The interior decorations and finishes are tasteful and of the highest quality throughout the home. The majority of the toilets have heated seats. Located on a cul-de-sac, the home and surroundings are both private and quiet.

WiFi has been recently updated to be the latest, top of the line system to ensure multiple people in the home could concurrently zoom while maintaining crisp connections. A home office has been created in a unique private nook off the master bedroom. A peloton bike is available for use.

A covered porch area provides an additional shady spot to relax. The outdoor gas grill has 6 burners and there is also a charcoal grill. A lovely dining room and a large outdoor table provide the option to enjoy a meal indoors or outdoors. One of the bedrooms can be delivered with a crib if desired. LG washer and dryer are located on both the ground and top levels. Built in speakers in Kitchen, Dining Room, Porch, Pool, Living Room and Theatre areas provide pitch perfect delivery of the music of your choice in the area of your choice. Sauna aficionados will marvel at the custom built and immaculate 8x10 Russian Sauna / Banya. A luxurious experience from beginning to end. The house is more beautiful in person than pictures can capture. My wife and I take a special pride in our home and also in making sure you have the perfect experience in the Hamptons.

Amazing stay in the Hamptons!

What an incredible home. The property was great for a family get together and the house was very perfect. It truly felt like a home and not like a "rental". The rooms and beds were all very comfortable, and there was tons to do for the kids. We truly had an all around great stay and cannot recommend Daniel and his home enough. Almost as importantly, Daniel was so flexible with all of the scheduling issues that we had and went above and beyond to work with us... thank you again.

Wonderful home, great location

This home was absolutely wonderful. It had everything we needed and more and is in a perfect location in Southampton. You’re 5 mins from town, but it feels secluded and private. The host is very responsive and accommodating and helped make our stay perfect. We hope to come back and stay here again soon!

Unbelievable place. Honestly can not believe this house is a vacation rental. You will understand when you get there. Kitchen has everything. Location and private feeling together. Kid friendly.

Girlfriends' Getaway

This home is amazing - beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful Hamptons experience. We had 9 women who have been together for decades and frequently travel to luxurious places. We give this a 5+ and Daniel is super responsive to whatever you need. Loved it!
