Great Beach Access

Excellent beach access. Beautiful walk on the beach to Anderson Jetty and a short walk on the beach to Schooners. Owners are super gracious hosts. Even with a little bad weather it is a great spot.

Great Vacation

Great and comfortable home in a perfect location. Any questions or issues were addressed quickly and friendly by owners. We would stay again the first chance we get. Thanks for a memorable vacation!

Communication during stay was excellent

Communication during stay was excellent. Owner texted me throughout the week to check in, make sure things were good. Location to beach is phenomenal, even without being directly beach side! Sitting out on the deck was wonderful, & the deck is mostly shaded during the late afternoon/eve due to the Treasure Island condo, so was good to be out of the sun & still outdoors. We had some hiccups during the week with the house, but those were resolved rather quickly through the owner. We would suggest appliance upgrades, & modern & more prominent signage regarding trash & the "individual issues" with certain appliances. (We were never able to get the dishwasher to work through a cycle, despite the note on how to get the dishwasher to start. I had failed to mention this to owner so including this here only because I wanted them to know. We just washed dishes by hand. Didn't ruin our trip :) ).

Nice little spot across from beach.

We stayed a week at this property. It was just as the pictures and description. When I had a question the owners were very attentive. I would stay here again.

Retail Clothing business owners from Canada, we have spent many years vacationing across the Southern United States and Caribbean. In search for a more permanent oasis, we discovered this property while vacationing in Panama City Beach, and have enjoyed 8 great winters in the home.

We fell in love with this place the moment we viewed the Gulf from the balcony. It's so close to entertainment on excursion, while so relaxing when 'staying in', that it really offers a lot for a vacation spot.
