About this property

This three bedroom 2.5 bath is located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to; the airport, UNLV, the strip, and several area hospitals. It is fully furnished with most everything you'll need during your stay. We're looking for professionals that need a place to stay while in Vegas, ideal place for traveling nurses or similar types. The house is maintained by many professionals; weekly pool service, monthly pest control service, & weekly landscaping. We have two non negotiable rules; no smoking in the house and no pets. Rooms much larger than expected. Property was very well kept with everything we needed.

Jim and Jen are easily the best hosts I have ever had. When we arrived Jim met and gave us a very detailed explanation of how to use all the ammenties the property offers. He was quick to address any questions or concerns. Provided extra pool toys and bbq equipment. I can't think of anything I would have changed about my visit. Quite honestly this is my best extended travel experience ever. That is a direct reflection of Jim&Jen and the attention they paid to make sure we enjoyed our visit. I will be back asap!

I have traveled the country for nearly 20 years doing utility work on short term contracts. One of the most difficult parts of my job is finding a decent place to stay that doesn't require a year long lease. Most of the places that do go month to month furnished required a ridiculously high financial commitment. This house provides me the opportunity to provide people in similar situations to mine a nice place to stay at a more reasonable rate.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I live in the house next door. When this house went on the market it seemed like a no brainer. We got the opportunity to invest in our future and be able to control what happens at the house next door. This property has a grass yard and a couple of nice shade trees. Many of the houses in our neighborhood have removed these two features and it was our desire to preserve them.

What makes this property unique

We're in a nice quiet neighborhood so not the cliche party pad many think of when visiting Vegas. The location has many advantages. Although it is a quiet residential neighborhood we're only a few miles from the Las Vegas strip, UNLV, the airport, and many area hospitals. Even if your business takes you to a different part of town there is pretty easy access to most of the local freeways as well.
