In several past summers, it has been rented to other Pelican Bay or Naples residents who are remodeling their own condos, and want a nearby place to stay, or renters who simply want to enjoy the amenities of Pelican Bay (beach and beachfront restaurants, kayaking and canoeing, tennis, pickleball and other sports activities). 20 minute walk to the gorgeous ocean beach facilities; PB also operates free trams. Note: 75-day minimum stay in season (no exceptions), MUST BOOK AT LEAST 6 WEEKS BEFORE LEASE BEGINS because advance approval of tenants by Condo Association and Pelican Bay Foundation is required. Lease form is attached, but will be modified for specific rental dates. 3 written references required for leasing approval. Booking is not final until renters have been approved by PB Foundation. Rentals longer than 3 months may receive lower daily rates.
