Excelente estádia

Lindinalva foi super simpática, prestativa e atenciosa conosco. O Apartamento fica bem localizado, mas como era ano novo estava tudo bem lotado. Estrutura do apartamento fidedigna ao anunciado. Estrutura do prédio boa.

O mais cara do Guarujá

As fotos estão condizentes, a sra Lindinalva nos recebeu bem. Mas, as camas são bem meia boca, a se solteiro no quarto onde há a cama de casas não tem um colchão , tem um trapo. O ar condicionado desse mesmo quarto, parece um motor V8 sem escapamentos, tivemos que desligar dado o barulho, o ar da sala não aguenta, é pequeno ( estivemos agora no outono, no verão esquece, vá vai passar calor) Não há roupas de cama (tivemos que comprar), não há se quer sal, açúcar, não há nada no apto vc tem que levar tudo e pra terminar, rasguei o pneu do meu carro na saída da garagem, fui avisado sobre o obstáculo, mas a saída e tão ruim que não teve jeito, rasguei o pneu (R$ 1.000 de prejuizo) e a zeladora disse que isso acontece sempre . Então cuidado. Resumindo, tivemos que comprar roupa de cama, produtos de limpeza, além do pneus, e tambem tem a taxa de faxina a parte, que está especificada no anúncio, a qual achei caríssima para 2 noites. Então apesar da simpatia da Dna Lindinaval, não voltaremos de jeito nenhum, prefiro dormir no meu carro :-)
