Our renovated corner position apartment features breathtaking views of the mountain and the Ten Mile Range and is located just 40 yards from the American Eagle lift in Centre Village. There are two spacious bedrooms, three freshly renovated bathrooms, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with 180 degree views of the ski slope and surrounding ranges and an open fireplace.
There are three TVs each with satellite and a DVD player and free WiFi. In short, everything you need for a memorable ski vacation.
Our building, Mountain Plaza, fronts the ski area and is steps from the main lift, the Eagle, in Center Village. With ski lockers on the first floor, and parking in the building or on the adjacent lot, the start and end to your day couldn’t be easier. There are indoor and outdoor hot tubs. The building also features a Starbucks center and one of Copper’s most popular bistros (Ten Mile Tavern - formerly Endo's) on the first floor.
When you finish a hard day's skiing or snow boarding you will really appreciate the location ... a short level walk to the ski locker and then the elevator almost to your door.

Main Bedroom features a king size bed and adjacent bathroom with a luxurious full-size shower with frameless glass screen, toilet and sink.
Second Bedroom features two full Queen beds , an en-suite bathroom with full-size bath with shower, toilet and sink.
The open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area comprises a modern kitchen with granite counter tops, ice-making refrigerator, electric stove and oven and microwaves and of course a dishwasher.
The paneled dining area seats six in comfort at a high pub-style table. In the lounge there is a queen sofa bed (sleeps two) three comfortable armchairs, a second matching sleeper sofa and an open fire place with free wood.
Over the fireplace is a 40 inch plasma TV with access to over 300 cable channels as well as DVD and stereo.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Pets are NOT allowed and smoking of any substance is not permitted in our building.
* Check-in generally after 4:00PM and check-out is generally by 10:00AM
* We accept VISA, & MasterCard.
* allow for 8.375% tax and $200.00 for final cleaning
* A refundable security deposit of $400.00 is required at time of booking. It is refunded at the end of your stay
* You can generally pay half on booking with the balance due one month prior to arrival
* Our cancellation policy provides for loss of 50% of the rental amount if cancelled 30-60 days before check-in and forfeiture of the entire amount if cancelled less than one month (30 days) before check-in UNLESS we can rent to someone else (and generally we can) in which case we will charge the first night's fees and refund you whatever we can rent the condo out for. The minimum cancellation penalty is therefore the first night's stay.
* 8 IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED.
* 2-3 nights is the minimum nights we book except to fill an opening in our rental schedule.
