About this property

Atlantic Terrace On Pompano Beach is a 4 story complex right on the beautiful Pompano beach! We are located at 3401 N.E. 10th St. Pompano Beach, 33062 We are a 1/2 mile south of the pompano lighthouse.

THERE IS MAJOR CONSTRUCTION GOING ON NEXT TO US. THEY ARE BUILDING A 22 STORY LUXURY HIGH RISE. THEY WILL BE DONE WITH ALL OUTSIDE WORK BY JULY 2024 AND ONLY WORKING ON THE INSIDE WHICH SHOULD CUT DOWN ON MOST OF THE NOISE FROM THE CONCRETE TRUCKS. ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS WILL BE IN AND THEY WILL BE DOING INSIDE WORK. MOST OF OUR GUESTS ALL SEASON HAVE NOT BEEN BOTHERED BY IT, BUT A FEW WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE NOISE. WE FEEL IF THIS IS SOMETHING THAT MAY BE BOTHERSOME TO YOU,, YOU MAY RECONSIDER BOOKING WITH US AT THIS TIME. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR COMPENSATION FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION ISSUES THAT THE CITY OF POMPANO ALLOWS. You may read our recent reviews if you are undecided.

This studio condo is located on the 1st floor a few from our pool and private beach area. Your free parking space is right outside your door. We have a heated pool that steps down to our private beach with 2 grills, tables, chairs, umbrellas, and loungers.
The condo has a queen serta memory foam murphy bed and a full size futon sofa/bed all linens are provided. It also has a toaster, blender, coffee maker, iron/board, microwave, hairdryer, beach chairs, & beach towels. There is a full kitchen with cooking utensils and dishes. Start up paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, dish soap, & hand soap.

This is a great place if you are looking for a more private atmosphere. We have 6 other units in this complex available for rentals.

Ocean view stay

My fiancée and I really enjoyed our little getaway to this property! Gaining access to the room was extremely easy and the place was clean and had all the essentials we needed for a few days. The property was within walking distance to many fun restaurants/bars. The beach was right in front of the building and a very short walk! The pool was clean and heated which was amazing! The other guests that have been staying for years were very friendly and welcoming. The only negative was the major construction of a new building going on next door, so it was very nosy, however the workers were kind and gave us notice if they were going to block the driveway. Most days they didn’t start until 7:30-8am, but it didn’t take away from the spectacular beachfront and overall experience! We would definitely come back!

16th Birthday Trip

We had the BEST getaway for my daughter’s 16th birthday. The condo was the perfect size for the 2 of us. Near the beach, awesome beach chairs and great communications with the hosts. We would 100% recommmend and/or return in the future.
