Beachaven-Beautiful, Peaceful, Relaxing "Diamond on the Gulf"

Remodeled and updated with stainless steel appliances and a full-size washer and dryer. The cathedral ceiling and numerous windows create a bright and vibrant ambiance. Two full-size beds are furnished in the bedroom. Relax, enjoy, and dine out on your private patio. Park your car in the adjoining carport.
We look forward to hearing from you!

Our private beach and heated pool overlooking the Gulf, are just a short walk down the esplanade between the north and south rows of condos. Beachaven provides chairs and chaise lounges at the pool and beach, and also tables and umbrellas at the pool. The pool complex has restrooms and showers, and a fantastic clubhouse that can be reserved for special occasions.

Great condo with an awesome location!

My stay in the Murphy's condo was very relaxing. Their condo is very clean and their furniture was comfortable. All appliances worked, no plumbing issues, cool air conditioning, and a awning that you can park your vehicle under. The best part about their condo is the location. It is a very short walk to Siesta Key beach. This group of condos (Beachaven) has their own section of the beach. There was a couple of times I went out to the beach and I was the only one in Beachaven's section. Their condo is also very close to the main part of Siesta Key beach. About a 5 minute walk and your there. Their condo is also relatively close to the village as well. Overall, my stay at their condo was an excellent experience and I recommend anyone, who is interested, to stay there.

A wonderful cottage

i thoroughly enjoyed my two-week stay at this Beachaven cottage. It is sunny and bright with comfortable furniture and everything you need. The beachside pool is awesome and the private beach is gorgeous. Doug and Joy are wonderful hosts and great communicators.

Outstanding beach bungalow!

We enjoyed our 2 month stay at Doug and Joy’s wonderfully decorated and comfortable accommodations just steps from the beach. It has everything you need! We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at this property

This property was exactly as advertised. Doug was always quick to respond to any communication. The place had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and we had a short walk to the beach. Just perfect for the two of us. Wonderful location for everything. We will be back.

Why they chose this property

After vacationing with our family for many years staying at various rental communities on The Key we decided we wanted to spend more time on Siesta Key so buying was right for us. We had friends who rented at Beachaven and raved about the community, the condos and the management so we checked it out. We feel fortunate to have been able to buy in to this wonderful community. Size does matter from the standpoint that Beachaven is a small community with big community features which was a huge draw for us. The beach-side heated pool is the envy of other communities on The Key. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets by the pool or on our private beach.

What makes this property unique

Villa style living allows you to park in a private carport and everything is on ground level - no stairs or elevators! This condo is clean-bright-updated and very comfortable ! No worries here at Beachaven!
